How To Order
The OfficeGiant website has been designed to make your visit enjoyable and extremely easy to navigate. Simply choose your required category from the left hand menu - choose your required sub-section(s) - and finally click on your selected product.
When browsing each product simply click on the item you like and a display page will appear giving descriptions and price of each product.
When you have found the items you wish to buy simply click on the add to cart button whilst on the product description page, you will then be forwarded to your shopping basket, at this point you can proceed straight to the checkout or continue shopping.
Once you have completed your order simply click on the 'Checkout' button, you will then be forwarded to the checkout page where you will be asked for your invoice details.

Delivery Information
Officegiant are pleased to offer delivery throughout
the UK. Delivery is Free on all orders over £35 (ex vat). There is a small order charge of £3.95
(ex. vat) if you order is below this.
We aim to deliver your order the next business day providing it is placed before 5pm, however, some furniture, electrical and some bespoke items can take a little longer.
Returns Information
If you wish to return an item - you can do this within 7 days of receipt of the item. It must be unopened and in perfect condiiton. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please email returns@officegiant.co.uk. Our customer services team will take you through our returns procedure.
When returning goods to us they must be returned upopened and in the condition in which they left our warehouse.
Upon receipt of the goods we will arrange a credit or exchange. The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the product(s) have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises.
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of collection.If you wish to arrange a return - please contact us.
Returns exceptions: Office machines, furniture, specials and some electrical items are excluded from our returns policy. If you are unsure about
the suitability of any product please contact us before placing your order
