Using Microsoft Word (Windows/Macintosh), the settings for tab insert sheets are as follows:

For Three Strip Sheets:
Go to File -->
Page Setup -->
Set Top margin to 1.0 cms
Set Bottom margin to 3.0 cms
Set Left margin to 4.2 cms
Set Right margin to 1.1 cms

Format Paragraph -
In Line Spacing Box set to 'Exactly'
In At box set to 80 points
Format Tabs -
6 cm
12 cm

For Four Strip Sheets:

Go to File
Page Setup -
Set Top margin to 0.40 cms
Set Bottom margin to 3.0 cms
Set Left margin to 1.1 cms

To Print

Place crystalfile sheet face down in the paper tray of your printer so that the logo is furthest away from you.
